Strength Exercise Library – Kettlebelll Alternating Press
Get two kettlebells into the racked position. Press one up and as you return it back to the racked position press the other kettlebell up. Keep your shoulders down while pressing, no shrugging.
Strength Exercise Library – Elevated Push Ups with Chains
Pretty simple to learn but a little harder to execute. Add some chains to your body and start ripping off the reps. You can do a descending pyramid where you take a chain off every 5 reps down to body weight.
Strength Exercise Library – Shoulder Pullover Variations
You can use either a dumbbell or a weight plate. Feet rooted on the floor, glutes tight, tuck your shoulder blades together, elbows (mostly) straight. Grip tight and control the weight down evenly. When you feel a stretch in the lats (arm pit area) squeeze your abdominals and shoulders and return the weight to the starting positions.
