Strength Exercise Library – Conventional Deadlift
Conventional Deadlifts is a narrow stance deadlift with the arm outside of the hips. This is compared to a sumo style with the feet wide and the hands inside the hips. It is very important to keep the chest up, back flat, and drive with your hips as you push your feet through the floor.

Demonstrating some different abdominal exercises and their variations using the slant board. Always try to engage your abs when moving and maintain good posture when sitting up.
Strength Exercise Library – Face Pull Variation and Shoulder Retrations
Face pulls care be done a few different ways. I used a grip with my thumbs pointing towards my face which seems to get my rear delts. activated a little more than thumbs away grip. The retractions are great for shoulder prehab and rehab. Chest up and move the weight only by squeezing your shoulder blades together.
