Arm Care for Baseball : Band Exercises

After a local workshop I did on arm exercises and care for little league youth baseball I had several coaches ask me if I had a YouTube channel, considering I do (obviously) I decided to make a video of the shoulder and rotator cuff exercises we talked about using either Perform Better of Jaeger Bands.  We did back rows, pull aparts, internal and external rotation, core work and shoulder stabilization drills.  Check them all out in the video below and learn how to prevent elbow and shoulder injuries and Tommy John surgery.
