Aj demonstrates another one of his favorite double kettlebell complexes that challenges both the upper and lower body and well as your conditioning. Two kettlebells for double cleans, double press, double swings and sh ups on the handles with a pause. Aj also tells you what the goal is to complete this double kettlebell complex.
