Rotator Cuff
Strength Exercise Library – Upperbody Band Warm Up
This is the typical upper body warm up we use at the gym with the band. We just try to hit every muscle group and movement we can paying special attention to the shoulder joint and rotator cuff muscles, making sure they are ready for the upcoming workout. We usually do 1 set of 12-15 reps unless we feel we need more.

Strength Exercise Library – Face Pull Variation and Shoulder Retrations
Face pulls care be done a few different ways. I used a grip with my thumbs pointing towards my face which seems to get my rear delts. activated a little more than thumbs away grip. The retractions are great for shoulder prehab and rehab. Chest up and move the weight only by squeezing your shoulder blades together.
