Double and Single Arm Kettlebell Circuit

Rich and I run through a kettlebell circuit consisting of both double arm and single arm movements . No movements are left behind: Squats, rows and push ups on the handles, snatches, swings etc. Thirty seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest; this complex is quite a challenge.
