This one-day only, two hour seminar is perfect for people wanting to learn how to perform and teach the basic kettlebell movements in a small safe and effective manner.

You will learn how to perform:

  • Deadlift
  • Squats
  • Swings
  • Press
  • Get Ups
  • Cleans
  • Snatch

Kettlebell safety, progressions and program design options will also be discussed.  You will also receive an information packet of all the key points for the exercises you learned.
