Kettlebell Turkish Get Up Variations

Kettlebell Get Ups are challenging and fun.  Once you have gotten good at them there are ways to make them more advanced to further enhance your strength endurance.  In this video I will show you three variations that will make the same old Get Ups seem brand new.

I show you movement progressions and how to add  intermittent presses and snatches to increase your strength, endurance and conditioning.
