Deload Workout Week
I have been training hard for eight weeks and now it is time to deload and heal up a bit. I recommend this to anyone who lifts and trains hard for their sport. Deloading offers a chance to restore the body without resting completely.
Here is a brief overview of what did did for the week
Foam Roll – Complete body
Band Warm Ups – Complete Body
Blast Straps:
-Push Ups
-Fallouts
-Inverted Rows
-Squats
-Single Leg Sqauts
-Lateral Lunges
Full Back squats: 5sx 5r x 135-185lbs.
Band Pull Aparts: 3s x 25r x miniband
Bar Push Ups: 3s x 25r
