Strength Exercise Library – Walking Lunges

Take two dumbbells and a step forward. Drop into the lunge with control, slight pause at the bottom and drive up and through into the next step.
Things to keep in mind:
Always have good posture
Always keep legs and feet aligned properly as much as possible, try not to cross the body
Keep weight distribution even between both legs
Chest up, abs firm while moving
