300 workout

Aj’s 300 Kettlebell Circuit Challenge

Aj shares his version of the 300 kettlebell challenge.  It consists of 20 snatches, 20 squats and 10 long cycles.  Rest up to 60s and repeat on the other arm.  Repeats both sides for a total of 3 rounds and you have 300 repetitions.  Give it a shot to see if you are up for the challenge.
