Strength Exercise Library – BSS Front Foot Elevated
Elevate your back foot, higher than your front, with your toe up. Have your front foot far enough out so that there is not a huge shin angle at the bottom of the descent, think “athletic position.” Descend slowly with even weight distribution between legs. Ascend quick enough while maintaining weight distribution and posture.
