Strength Exercise Library – Conventional Deadlift
Conventional Deadlifts is a narrow stance deadlift with the arm outside of the hips. This is compared to a sumo style with the feet wide and the hands inside the hips. It is very important to keep the chest up, back flat, and drive with your hips as you push your feet through the floor.
